Help. My card was stolen. How do I cancel my card?

If your card is lost or stolen, please deactivate the card immediately to prevent additional transactions and protect against fraud. You can deactivate the card online, through the 24/7 automated phone system (1-866-984-8576), or by speaking with their Customer Support team at (1-866-984-8576) during True Link’s regular business hours, 3am-2pm HST.

If you’d like to replace your card, you’ll need to close the account and order a replacement. You can request a new card online or by calling the Customer Support team. Once the new card arrives and is activated, any funds remaining on the lost card will be transferred automatically to the new card.
